"Dunes of Brasil" Canvas Print

When I was a kid I had a chance to go to Brazil. I had always wanted to go because my dad spent a lot of time working in Brazil and would tell me all kinds of fun stories. So in high school when I had my chance, I went. It was beautiful. Everything was beautiful. This was so long ago that to be honest, I'm not sure which dunes we were visiting. I've done countless research and scoured the recesses of my memories trying to figure out where we were exactly, but alas I come up guessing and questioning every time. But I don't think I'll ever forget the moment I took this photo. We walked up the sandy hill and there it was, miles of the softest sand, the most teal colored water I had ever seen, and scattered about were beautiful green patches of vegetation. It quite literally took my breath away. So naturally, when I started painting landscapes, I had to paint this one. This was the first landscape painting I felt happy about. There are many before this one that will never be seen if I can help it lol. The print of this painting also needed the least editing of all to get it close to the original. It pretty much scanned and printed almost identical to its original painting. I love this print, in any size, in any frame, or on its own. It's a good one. 

Print Details: Prints are made in house, on a Giclée Fine Art Printer. They are printed on archival matte canvas, un-stretched, and with a white border. They look great on their own, and can be framed with or without glass.

Size options are based on standard framing sizes, so framing is made easy! However please note that cropping may occur for some size ratios. Red does her best to crop all prints in the most aesthetically pleasing way for the artwork.
